2024 WATER QUALITY REPORT (CCR)
BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTION
Gallatin County has scheduled the mail ballot election for District Board of Directors for May 5, 2026. Three positions are open for this election. Candidates must submit the Declaration for Nomination and Oath of Candidacy form to the Gallatin County Election Department by February 4, 2026. This form is available at
https://www.gallatinmt.gov/elections-department/pages/candidate-filing
If there are three or fewer candidates, Gallatin County will cancel the election and candidates who have filed the nominating form will be elected by acclamation.
Property owners that live outside Gallatin County are eligible to vote if the election is held. Contact the Gallatin County Election Department (406-582-3055) for requirements and/or to register to vote in the election.
LEAD SERVICE LINE INVENTORY
Thank you to all of the homeowners who provided information about their service lines and household plumbing. No lead service lines have been identified within the District.
All of the water quality samples collected by the District showed lead and copper concentrations below applicable standards.
Please contact the District if you have any questions about your service lines.

The Board of Directors approved the same rates as last year (no increase).

NEW CONSTRUCTION WATER AND SEWER CONNECTION PERMIT
New water and sewer connection permits must be submitted to the District by August 15 to avoid damage to roads during the winter.
